Completion of fermentation and maturation in new oak. Rich aromas of black olive, graphite, and tapenade, accompanied by subtle herbal notes of sage and bay leaf. The palate reveals iron-like minerality and flavors reminiscent of black pudding and blood sausage, interwoven with white milk chocolate and red and black berry fruits.
