Learning and Development

Newly recruited team members must go through a series of training programs to ensure that they learn the fundamentals of the business operation.

In order to strengthen the cohesiveness of the team and align similar goals for every team member, Wellcome organises training programmes which aimed to help team members learn the core values of " We put our customers first...always", "We do the right thing", "We care passionately" and "We respect each other".

Wellcome offers a variety of training programs for team members at all levels so every team member has the opportunity to upgrade their skills. For example, we are currently offering a workshop on customer service for store members and fresh food quality control for our managers.
