Dashijie's signature Radish Cake is made with the finest ingredients without the use of MSG or preservatives. To attain the intensity of flavour, we used the choicest dried scallops, finest Chinese mushrooms and dried shrimps which we handpicked and brought to Hong Kong ourselves. As for the radish, firstly we made the batter with thinly sliced radish so that the cake is bursting with radish flavour then purposely sliced additional radish into thick strips to give it its texture. Resulting in the most naturally flavourful and texturally satisfying Radish Cake.
