The Dashijie Coconut Cake is prepared with fresh coconut milk and the finest glutinous flour without any food flavourings nor preservatives. We refused to compromise by using canned coconut milk or coconut oil for flavouring. A pure and natural tasting cake with a gummy texture without being sticky. This remarkable texture was made by arduously stirring the hot batter then sending it straight into the steamer until it is perfectly cooked.
