Choose a Delivery Method and District

If you are new to our online shopping service, you may start browsing our online store without registering or signing in. While browsing as a 'Guest' and clicking on any product-related links on the homepage such as product items, shopping categories or searching for products - you will be asked to choose the delivery method.

If you would like to enjoy our delivery service to your door step, please choose “Delivery”. If you would like to place an order online and pick it up at our selected stores, please choose “Click and Collect”. For details of our delivery service, please click here.

Then, please choose a Delivery District (for Delivery Service) or Pick-up Location (for “Click and Collect” Service) so that we can assure the products you have selected are available in your area.

Once you have made your above choices, you will be ready to continue shopping.

/ Register

As an existing customer, you may sign in with your username and password. As a new customer or guest, you may register at any time during your visit. The registration process may be completed through a simple online registration form during check out. During registration at our mobile website, you will need to input the following:

Account Details

  1. Enter an email address for your username and keep in mind that we will use this email address for all future correspondence unless you specify another email address. (For company shoppers, please use your corresponding work email address as your user name.)
  2. Enter a password that is between 8 to 20 alpha-numeric characters and is personal to you.
  3. Confirm your password.
Contact Information
  1. Select your title.
  2. Enter your first and last name.
  3. Provide a contact telephone number.
Delivery Address

Add a delivery address to your account. This will be your default address where we will deliver your purchased items.

  1. Enter an address name for your default address. Pick a name that is easy to remember - for example, if this is your home address, you may want to name it 'HOME'; if this your company address, you may want to name it 'OFFICE', etc.
  2. Enter your flat number and floor number.
  3. Enter the block or building name if you live in an apartment building (not mandatory).
  4. Enter an estate name or a street name.
  5. Select a region and then locate your district.
Security Code

You will need to enter a security code as shown in a picture box for security reasons. If you cannot read the characters, you may tap on the [Reload Picture] button and we will give you a new security code.

Browsing the Store

There are many ways to find products and we have made it easier and quicker for you to pick them out and add them to your cart. Mobile shopping has never been easier.

Browsing Basics

You can surf and browse our store by clicking through all our departments, aisles and shelves.

  1. Start by selecting ‘Departments’ on the main menu or homepage and you will be presented with 10 Departments of choice.
  2. Tap on one of the Departments (e.g. Grocery) and and its respective products will be displayed.
  3. On the top of the product list, you may tap on ‘Refine’ menu where you will find all the Aisles for the selected Department. Select an Aisle (e.g. Breakfast Food) to narrow down your choice.
  4. You may further narrow your choice by selecting a Shelf (e.g. Cereal Bars) of the selected Aisle with 'Refine' menu.
  5. Once you find a product that interests you, tap on it for more information.

Must Buy

Finding products on offer cannot be simpler. Select ‘Must Buy’ on the main menu, browse different Departments, Aisles and Shelves just like you would in the ‘Shop’ section. To make life easier, products listed in this section are all on promotion.

Bulk Buy

For bulk buyers, you will find a wide range of Bulk Buy items. Select ‘Bulk Buy’ on the main menu to start exploring them by browsing different Departments, Aisles and Shelves just like you would in the ‘Shop’ section.

Shop by Brands

If you are a shopper who likes to shop by brand, , select ‘Popular Brands’ on the main menu to check out popular brands on our website. Select a brand to browse the products available.


Sometimes we just want to find the product that we are looking for and add it to the cart. This is when the Search function comes in handy. Located above the top navigation menu, you can simply enter any keywords, brands or the specific product you are looking for in the search box and tap [Go] button for a list of results.

Adding Items to Your Cart

When you find a product you want to buy, simply add it to your cart.

  1. The default quantity when adding each product to your cart is '1'. If you would like to buy more, you can either enter the number in the Quantity box or use the [+/-] buttons next to the Quantity box to increase or decrease the quantity.
  2. Tap on the [Add to Cart] button to add the item to your cart. The product(s) will appear in your cart and the number of products you have added to the Cart on the Shopping Cart icon, at the top navigation menu.

My Shopping Cart

'My Shopping Cart' contains your Cart and Delivery Location. You may view and manage your Cart or you may change your Delivery Location at any time during your visit. Tap on the Cart icon at the top navigation menu to view your Cart.

Changing Your Delivery Location

You will be asked to choose delivery district when you add the first item to your shopping cart. Or when you sign-in, your default address will be your Delivery Location. It is shown at the top of 'My Shopping Cart'. You may change the location by simply tapping on 'Change' and select other district, or another address from your Address Book if you have signed in.

Please note that if you have already added items to your Cart and you change your address with a different district, some of the items may become unavailable.

Managing Your Cart

You will be able to locate the Cart right beneath the Delivery Location information, displaying the entire order, the total number of your selected item(s) and the total purchase amount.

You may change the quantity of any selected item in your Cart by:

  1. Tapping on the Quantity box and entering the new quantity number; OR
  2. Using the arrow buttons next to the Quantity box to increase or decrease the quantity.

You may remove any items from your Cart by tapping on the [x] icon located on the top right of each item.

You are able to view the Cart in full view anytime by tapping on the Shopping Cart icon at the top navigation menu. If you wish to empty your Cart and start over again, you may do so by tapping the [Empty Cart] button. You may also save the Cart to a Shopping List by tapping on the [Save to List] button.

Items added to your Cart will be saved automatically to your account and will remain in your Cart until you have completed the Checkout process, unless you have removed it manually.


When you have finished selecting products from our store, you can complete your order by going through our simple Checkout process by tapping on the [Check Out] button located at the bottom of 'My Shopping Cart'.

Delivery & Payment

Take a moment to review all the items you have added to your Cart, you may want to alter the quantities or remove items from you Cart. Otherwise, select ‘Express Check Out’ button. If you have forgotten to buy a particular item, you may go back to the store by selecting [Back to Home] button located beneath the Cart. Select “Check Out” at the bottom of the Cart after you have finished reviewing your order list. 

Now take a look at your delivery address to make sure it is correct. You may change to another address from your address book at the “Delivery Slot” section. Or you may add a new address by selecting ‘Add New Address’ button. Please note that if you change your address to a different Delivery District, some of the items in your Cart may become unavailable.

Choose a preferred time slot for delivery that suits you best. Available slots are highlighted in light red. Tap on the checkbox next to “Call me before delivery arrives” if you would like us to contact you before delivery.

Select a payment method by clicking on either:

  • Cash on Delivery – pay by cash when the order arrives.
  • Cheque on Delivery – pay by cheque when the order arrives (not applicable to first time deliveries).
  • Credit Card – use our online payment service to pay for your order. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.

By selecting Credit Card as a payment option, a drop down menu will be displayed on the screen for you to choose your desired credit card to be used. If you haven't already added a credit card, you may do so by tapping the [Add New Credit Card] button next to the drop down menu.

We also offer Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode, which is available at Verified by Visa/MasterCard SecureCode is a service that will let you use a personal password with your Visa/MasterCard, giving you added assurance that only you can use your Visa/MasterCard to make purchases over the Internet. For more information, please contact your credit card issuing bank directly.

If you have any valid E-coupons eligible for your order, you will see  the E-coupons in your account listed under ‘E-coupons’ tab. If you have any promotion code to use, tap the ‘Promotion Code’ tab. Select ‘Submit’ after you have entered the promotion code.

You may then continue with the Checkout process by tapping on the [Continue] button on the bottom right of the page.

Order Summary

After confirming your payment and delivery options and reviewing your selected items in your Cart, please take another moment to see if everything is correct. Once you are happy, you may tap the [Continue] button on the bottom right of the page.

If you are paying by credit card, you will be directed to one of our payment gateways to enter your security information before the order can be completed.

Order Completed

You have now completed your order. Please note down the Order Number or capture the screen for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email from us. You may also review your order by visiting the 'My Orders' section.
