負責分店各方面之表現及日常運作，包括顧客服務、貨品管理、人才培訓、分店環境管理及成本控制等。透過有效地執行公司的宣傳推廣策略、貨品陳列計劃及維持高水平的食物衛生標準，帶領分店前線員工超越顧客期望及達到最高的營運效益。
入職要求：
‧ 中五程度
‧ 具超市或相關零售管理經驗
‧ 具領導才能，富責任心
‧ 熱愛零售行業，樂於為顧客服務
‧ 良好溝通技巧及勇於接受挑戰
